It’s about solving problems, not just ticking boxes
Contract management is more than meeting service levels, it’s about stepping up when it counts. Whether it’s providing staff to temporarily perform services outside of the contracted services, or reshuffling shifts to cover a last-minute risk, we do what’s needed to get the job done.
Every business unit has a hands-on leader, backed by a team including safety, compliance, HR and management. That structure means we’re set up to follow through, and fix things fast when needed.
Responsible delivery is part of the deal
We also take our environmental and social responsibilities seriously. That includes:
- Using hybrid fleet vehicles and drones to reduce emissions
- E-waste recycling for old cameras and alarms
